February 27th, 2019 – The headquarters of the Duero Hydrographic Confederation, in Valladolid, has hosted the first event to communicate the Aquamundam results, within the framework of the project’s dissemination activity.

The session was aimed at presenting the project and describe the functionalities of the Aquamundam Integrated Management System to increase knowledge about the supply and sanitation infrastructures, manage their anomalies or monitor their operation in real time.

People attending the workshop, from local, provincial and autonomous administrations, have been able to use the developed software and check the possibilities it offers for more efficient water cycle management. Thus, in an interactive and guided manner, they got first-hand knowledge of the platform’s tools and their operations.

In the event, the CH Duero has also exposed the main functions of its Spatial Data Infrastructure “Mírame-IDEDuero”. The tool exhaustively collects all the data that the organization catalogues about natural elements, infrastructures, protected areas or water monitoring.
